First time to go out with the dogs

Yesterday was our first time to go out with the dogs and it is to the pet center for the grooming. We came early about 20 minutes before opening time. The guard by the entrance opened the barrier at exactly 10 am. That means we were standing there for 20 minutes when we could have been allowed to sit inside.

I think Barbie gets a lot of attention whenever she goes out

Oh, that is very true. However, our pug gets more fans than her.

@Alexandoy really? I think people love their.wrinkles and snout. plus most pugs are chubby so they like to squeeze him. Is your pug gentle?

@Janet357 our pug is hyperactive. He can be petted for 5 seconds only. He will be running in circles after that. Worse, he can bite strangers.

The dogs must have been so excited to finally see some more of this big wide world! The pet center must be a very busy place, I guess?

That is right, our dogs were so happy to go there. They even enjoyed the bath and the trimming.

@Miracle_Maya yes, the service charge is still the same but we doubled the tip for some little help to the groomers. We know that it is the hard times now.

@Alexandoy Do they still maintain their rates for the service as it used to be earlier or have they increased it after reopening?

That is not cool, just let people in so they can sit. Pandemic though and maybe their thinking.

@Alexandoy Hmm, I can never stand that. No humanity in this world if you make it all about money.

@crossbones27 being customer is not all about money. Consideration is my point. We are humans.

It's like that in many places. They won't let people in or open the doors until the exact minute of opening time.

Some malls are very strict with the rules although some have the courtesy of letting people in 10 minutes before opening time.

@moffittjc yes, just a few minutes wouldn't matter. If I were the guard then I would take the responsibility of explaining to my superior why I let the customers in at an earlier time.

@Deepizzaguy certainly the commercial center has its own rules but what I mean is that they should also be considerate to the customers.

I'm sure your dogs were happy with the grooming. Our dogs need it desperately even though we've been trying to keep them bathed and nails trimmed, etc ourselves.
