Little Rain Is A Dangerous Thing

Although we know that little knowledge can be a dangerous thing but I feel even little rain can make matters worse because it won't be good for anyone not for plants for us humans because it may not dip the temperature down and instead can shoot up the humidity.
It's raining or I should say drizzling a little and looks like will make matters worse.
Do you believe the little rain is a dangerous thing?

The clouds are here again but none of it poured at all..and please they don't do so of it is is come and go scene
