Fad or Fashion?

As you know, I have posted several "Fad or Fashion" topics over the past few months. Found this one on one of the photo sites...I can't remember now which one it was (maybe Free Images)...and thought I would share it with you.
I don't know which I like less -- the bald head or the extreme eye makeup.
What do you think about this "fashion statement"?

The first thing that popped into my head was sci-fi. I really think it's stupid and definitely unattractive.

The Bald and the Bute-tiful
Nah... not my type of beautifying myself. I love my long curly hair. I like light makeup. I apply soft eye liner and light eye shadow every now and then.

I still dont know the meaning of fad yet, but I personally dont count that as fashion, so I chose fad I guess

A fad is a passing fancy. A fashion that doesn't last very long.

That does look ridiculous but I know nothing about 'fashion'. I have been tempted to shave my hair, though. That's more for comfort than fashion! I've done it before. Someone said I could get away with it because I'm so pretty (which is quite a nice thing to say, I suppose. Then again, I did also have people ask if I was a boy or girl).
