Here's my Monday walking exercise based on my health app monitor I completed 11.62 kilometers for 142 minutes going back and forth within the city.
Here are my workout details:

Distance: 11.62 kilometers
Workout calories: 1,296 calories
Steps: 15,006 steps

Yes it's my daily routine. I have just finished my first half walking this morning. I will do the second part late afternoon today.

Wow--That's great! We usually just walk the dog--not very vigorous, but it does get us outside everyday

Yay
I got my new fitness tracker on Monday morning
I am not very good at walking, nowhere near as good as you.
I only managed 6500 steps on Monday.
But we are going walking again tonight so I am hoping it will be easier than last night.
I did 4km. Only about 1/3 of your walk.
I will report tomorrow.
