The pumpkin pie

I made a pumpkin pie in the evening,i don't know if any of you will like it.Actually this is my second time to bake this kind of pie,the first time is better.
Today is too soft.
How i made this?I boiled pumpkin,smash,mixed with sugar,milk,pinch of salt,beaten eggs.
Crust?i made from wheat flour,simply,a cup of wheat mix with some ice water and butter.i form a crust in a baking pan and store in fridge for few hours.Then after,i poured the pumpkin mixture over the crust.baked for 45-50 minutes.
Hope some of you myLotters want to give try.
It will not taste pumpkin after it baked.

Pumpkin Pie is a huge staple in my area of the USA. That and Pecan Pie's during the holiday season. I love pumpkin pie.

@rhuenz No, I am not a very good baker. I have to follow a specific recipe or I will mess it up.

It sounds simple though time consuming. I would love to try it but I got no oven with me here.
