@Young_boy do some breathing exercise before go to bed. You will get good sleep.

I'm usually okay with six hours. But that's probably because I've started napping after lunch. It probably adds up to the same eight hours I used to sleep at night.

I really am.too sleepy to discuss this.
I am tired of being tired.
I havent got a very good sleeping pattern.
I usually get my head down at about 4am
But might not fall asleep until.8am.
Then get up at noon.

6-8 hours a day is enought for me. But almost less than 6 hours. I always busy with my works and mylot. Ahahahaha...
