A nice chicken soup for lunch.

It is so cold today that I am thawing a piece of chicken breast to have a soup. I´ll cook it with some rice, a whole carrot (to eat later as a cooked salad) a potato and the spices I usually add. I love to put the broth in a mug and heat my hands while I drink it. What are you having for lunch?
