Is it hard to say I'm sorry?

when I was in college, I had a friend. at one time he made a mistake, he destroyed my dispenser but he did not apologize at all and he did not feel guilty for his actions. this incident made me upset with him

I have no problems saying "I'm sorry." As a professor, I also have no problems saying "Good question. I don't know the answer. Let's both research that."

Yes, there are people who never takes their responsibilities of their mistake.. it will takes times for your friend It depend on how they are bring up also and sometimes being self centered and ego.. Hope you and your friends getting along well

If you arent sorry you shouldn't apologise in a way your friend did a good thing it means he wasnt untruthful about being sorry when he wasn't. Only say sorry if you actually mean it.
