Do you ever use Mio?

Mio is a liquid, flavored sweetner you can put in your beverages. It is kind of nice because you can control the amount you put in. A few drops will flavor your beverage, and if you want to try cutting back on it, so that you can drink only water you can do that as well. I just recently put some in a glass of water, it is a blue, lemonade flavor and the water is barely colored so I think it is healthier than a drink with lots of dyes and colors. However, if you are someone who wants to have a heavily concentrated drink, you could do that as well. I don't buy it all the time, but I find Mio pretty interesting.

Not necessarily Mio, but I use things like it (like Crystal Light).

Well the thing about Crystal Light is that once you open a packet you are pretty much committed to using the entire thing. Mio lets you just use a drop or two.

Cucumber can be good in it too. If I lived where you do, I would probably drink the water..It seems like it would come from the Alps and be cool and refreshing, course it would have to be treated first.

@snowy22315 It comes from the Alps and I use it to cook, to make my coffee and so on, but to drink I like sparkling water.

If they don't have it, I am sure they will have something similar. I know sucaryl and that sort of thing has been in liquid form for quite some time.

It probably isn't sold everywhere. I sincerely doubt it is worldwide.

It comes in a little small bottle, where the stuff like Kool aide and Crystal Light are. Kroger should have it.

Well if you wanted your drink that color, I am sure you could do it with MIo but I used just enough to flavor it some.

I just can;t get into plain water that much,,although it is OK with lemon or cucumber. I drink water if I am very thirsty, or trying to be health conscious.
