it's to hot outside

I just got back a few minutes ago, I went to the gas station and the auto store to get wind shield wipers. I have to say it is miserable out there. I just got gas and walked into the store and it was to hot out there. I got home and decided to not put the blades on yet since my car is just sitting in the sun. I just headed inside to the A/C, I will put them on this evening once the sun is heading down and hopefully a few degrees cooler. Hope you all are staying cool out there.

With the humidity you must get it has to be horrid. Here it's about 11% but the temp was about 108f earlier, I didn't go out in that.

I go out before it reaches those highs especially since I need to water the trees and such so they don't dry out from all the heat @Bensen32 After 3pm it's like an oven out there.

@rebelann I'm not a gardener but I thought you were suppose to water in the evening so the water soaks into the ground?

It's a little cooler this morning than it's been. We are just at 71 F, of course it is only 8:45 am right now so we will see how the rest of the day goes.

@Bensen32 The humidity doesn't seem to high right now, so it doesn't feel too bad. I don't even have AC or fans on at the moment.

Oh last night we had a big storm and lots of rain, knocked out the power but thankfully only for about 5 minutes and then it came back on right away. It did cool it down a little so that was good.

Yea, we are having a little cooler temps now for a few days. It is down to 76 F at 9:30 am and only feels like 84, so better than it has been of late.
