Good morning from soggy Green Bay, Wisconsin. It was dark and rainy when I left for the pool this morning and very difficult to see against the headlight glare and street light glare on the pavement, but all worked out well and I had a good swim this morning. I will be leaving as soon as I post this. I don't know what time I will be home. My son called this morning and told me I need to go there because his car isn't so great at the moment again. Looks like we'll be taking my car. Thankfully, it was working well this morning. No battery problems. I wonder if I caused the problem when I left the windows open a couple of nights ago when it rained. Anyway, it's good again. So, here is the report for yesterday. I love the sound of the tuna salad. I would have lost a bit more weight than you because I would omit the celery! You are really doing so well. Well done They are going to open the swimming pools here from next week and he gyms too. They have been closed since March I would love to go swimming but there is not a chance I am going just yet!

Thank you. It was good. The YWCA has been open since the first of June. We need to sign up. Only four allowed in the pool at a time. The lanes are divided for social distancing.

The car should not have a battery problem because you left the windows down, but you never know. I hope it's not going to give problems.

@just4him Batteries do not last forever, time by time it is necessary to replace them.

@LadyDuck Yes, it is. It was the first battery I bought since I got the car a couple of years ago.

Thank you. It went up a few ounces this morning. I'm not going to worry about it. It doesn't look like I'm going to get my birthday wish for my weight. We'll see.

I had a good workout yesterday. I didn't eat so great yesterday in that I ate a lot of carbs. I had an egg/cheese sandwich on a hamburger roll for breakfast and tuna salad on another roll for lunch. Pasta for dinner. I had some cantaloupe for a snack.
