Skimmed milk caused me...

I decided not to drink coffee yesterday morning. My cup was already prepared by my sister with powder coffee, sugar, and creamer and I will just add water to it should be ready to drink for breakfast. I declined when she said she will add hot water in to my cup. I therefore added 4 heaped tablespoonfuls of skimmed milk in my empty cup - the one my big brother brought home from UK. The skimmed milk tasted so good. I enjoyed it. But at noontime, my tummy started to rumble. Yes! I visited the comfort room for 4 times because of the hyperistalsis of my intestines. I had loose motions. I really thought the lactose intolerance was already minimized. I am wrong. so now, I could not drink milk again. It is hard to have loose poops. I might get dehydration.

I suffer from it only slightly now and again.. but almost daily for the last few weeks I have been having an Ice Cream Milk Shake for a snack. and not major issues. So I guess I do not have this problem to a large extent.

I can feel you. I am also lactose intolerant that is why I am careful. I only add 3 teaspoons of fresh milk in my tea. More than that I have trouble.

@ridingbet Maybe you have that already before but you have not noticed it in your early life. I only noticed mine when I started drinking fresh milk here in Germany. I don“t have that problem when I drink hot milk from condensed milk.

@ridingbet haha.. I get that problem sometimes too. I am not sure but i think it happens after taking tea (but not always) so it can be milk or maybe tea leaves of that brand I doubt because I have noticed

They make milk here special for lactose intolerant people and many other brands. Hopefully, you can find them in your country.

you know I was like you before but now, maybe my tummy has adjusted already. We eat ice cream almost everyday thats why my tummy can tolerate dairy products.
