Most people like cheese, and there are so many types, hard, soft, semi soft, aged, US, foreign. What is your favorite? It is hard to pick, but I will probably go with Jarlsberg or a medium cheddar. I haven't had all kinds of chese though..some of it is really quite expensive. I did have some homemade once,,,that I really didn't like. It was waay too strong. Which cheese is your favorite?

@amitkokiladitya Some of the light cheeses or cottage cheese aren't too bad.

I eat it often as well. I guess I like other things a bit more though.

Brie for me! I do love most cheeses, but I never cared for Jarlsberg or Swiss for some reason.

Swiss isn't my favorite cheese, but I will eat it on ocassion. Always with something though, I don't like it plain.

I like the same ones as you but I also like the softer cheeses like brie and camembert. They are sometimes a bit expensive so I don't buy them too often.

Well to be honest, not aware of so much variety in cheese, but love it in general.

Well there really is a huge variety in cheese. Some of the big grocery stores have huge cases filled with cheese..and you can even go to cheese stores that might have hundreds of kinds.

@snowy22315 Well, the stores just sell it as cheese because it is not a very well - known food item among the masses here. We use cottage cheese instead.

Vintage farmhouse cheddar...the strongest type of cheddar available I love it. Mild/medium cheddar tastes like rubber to me. I also like stilton and brie.

Brie is pretty good. Not sure if I have had stilton. I doubt I would like the Farmhouse Vingtage at all. The cheese I tried I really didn't like was something like that. The taste was just too intense for me.
