Here's my July 11 walking exercise based on my health app monitor I completed 13.27 kilometers for 151 minutes going back and forth within the city. Here are my workout details: Workout duration: 151 minutes Distance: 13.27 kilometers Workout calories: 1,445 calories Steps: 17,338 steps Did you walk today? How's your walking exercise?

That is cool that you can walk so long! Usually my steps are within 3000 steps everyday.

You are so religious with your routine and I believe it's good. I hope that normal walking from here and there have some benefits. I walk few distance too.
