What's for dinner tonight?

As I sit here sweating away at my desk, I realize that my Asian MyLot friends are in bed, my European friends have had dinner (or are about to), and that my East Coast friends are soon to be cooking.
As a lazy person, I will briefly review another frozen dish that I have been enjoying recently: Marie Callender's Slow Roasted Pot Roast Bowl. To cut to the chase, it is absolutely delicious, with a wonderful and flavorful (probably "flavourful" for those of you who are boors and don't write American English properly) gravy, yummy potatoes, and beef that is tender and melts in your mouth. The cost is about $3.50 per box.
The package says it has 14 g of protein and ony 220 calories, which is substantially less than a Big Mac (yes, I crave a Big Mac now and again). My only issue is that there are no directions on the box for those of us who don't use a microwave. I've taken to starting it out at 300 degrees in my oven then reducing it to about 225. I take it out when a fork pokes through the potatoes and beef without any resistance.
What's for dinner tonight in your part of the world?

I am hungry, and your description of your supper sounds just delicious.
What is the sodium content?
That is always my concern with premade foods.
We are having veal cutlets, homemade mac and cheese and fresh vegetables.
I love Sunday suppers best of any other night, I always shave more time to think about the menu and plan the meal.

I hate the ones that assume you will use a microwave. Glad it tastes good

@TheHorse I have seen a few things. But many you just have to look real hard to find the oven directions.

We had breakfast for dinner, for some crazy reason. Scrambled eggs, venison sausage and French toast. Our friend Jim was helping Jay this afternoon, so he ate with us and appeared to love every bite. Your dinner sounds scrumptious!

@kobesbuddy Ah, got it. I like the idea of helping each other out without keeping tabs.

@TheHorse Jay helps Jim, then Jim helps Jay. They return favors, but nobody keeps track of who owes what. Jim recently divorced, so he's living alone with their son and he doesn't cook very well.

Oh, I had a great dinner. The guy who I still refer to as the Daddy to the cat we lost here who was staying with me still checks up on how I am doing. Tonight he fixed me a great dinner with spaghetti and shrimp and bay scallops. I even made a post about it and have some leftover for lunch tomorrow.

Was that as good as it looks? For dinner today, I cooked fried chicken, corn on the cob, Navy beans left over from yesterday, fried corn bread, and fresh tomatoes from our garden. They were the best part of the whole meal.

That's okay. I guess I'm lumped in with the Asian group.
