Hello friends, Monday morning here! Hope you all are well. As you may know I wake up early in the morning and I wake up 4-4:30 am everyday morning and says my morning prayer "Namaz" and I sleep again. I take an hour to sleep or you can say it a nap and again wake up.
Last week I bought 5 lemons in a cheap rate but I had 2 lemons in two days but I have 3 more lemons and I had one this morning. I cut lemons into pieces and extract the juice and mixed it with water and also mixed honey in it. I usually take this lemonade or honey mixed lemonade. I don't take it regularly as I have gastric problem. This drink can be more effective or good if you use warm water instead normal water (as I used normal water) .
I don't like tea or coffee because I don't like to be addicted and once I was addicted to those.
Thanks for reading!
Have a blessed Monday to you all.

that's good, sometimes i wait for early morning to do that prayer and then i can sleep without interruption. i just wanted to share that idea.
lemonade is good, but i'm not sure if i'd take it early in the morning. sometimes i drink tea, but more often coffee.

Too much lemon can aggravate your stomach because of the acidity and eat away your tooth enamel. Take care.
