Back from the gym

It did feel good to go back to Pilates classes after a spring and early summer hiatus when my gym reopened last month. I did notice some changes for land fitness classes. Before we get scanned, we need to pick up a token. Instead of the laminated tokens we use for Wednesday yoga classes, it's a blue plastic chip like from poker and board games. We place it on our taped spot and our instructor picks it up and puts in a plastic baggie. No sign-in sheet for attendance. We also have to wipe the equipment after using it, but for Pilates, it's not available for us. So we don't have to worry about that. But we don't need masks during class, we do need to clean our spot before we leave. For our Group Fitness B classroom, we have a mix of 12 people. Today, excluding myself, we had half of that, which is our norm for summer attenders.
As for class, here's what we did in class sans props for the time being in no particular order:
1 100 Cycle and 1 Swimming Cycle
6 Head Crunches and 6 Criss-Crosses (3x/side)
6 Single Leg Stretches (3x/side) and 6 Double Leg Stretches
6 Single Leg Circles (3x/side) and 6 Double Leg Circles
6 Single Leg Drops (3x/side) and 6 Double Leg Drops
6 Single Leg Half-Circles (3x/side) and 6 Double Leg Half-Circles
5 Roll Like a Balls (3 legs together, 2 apart) and 1 V-Sit and 3 Saw Poses
6 Side Clam Shells (3x/side), 2 Gentleman's Chairs and 2 Tree Poses (1x/side)
3 Swan Neck Rolls and 1 Bow Pose and 6 Side Planks (3x/side)
I think that's about it for tonight until next week.

I just went to simple, short warm up and then simple tread mll bike exercise.
