Remember that we're not supposed to discuss birthdays and such like here. So no matter what you do, don't wish Valerie a Happy Birthday in...um...five days or so. Don't read all of her posts, send her pretend (insert her favorite beverage here) or pretend cake. I'll be on the road to Montana at the time, so I guess I'm safe.

@LindaOHio It'll be moderate up there. I'm at about 5000 feet, so the nights are cool and the days generally reach the low 80s.

Her pictures of Wisconsin in the snow make me wish I lived back in my Midwest again. But she and are bitter enemies. She is a (casual) Green Bay Packers fan, while I am a (casual) San Francisco 49ers fan. Somehow, our friendship has survived this bitter rivalry.
