...or the server of the client?
When I say client, it is the customer we support.
It is been 2 hours since I started my shift I have not done any single task. The WorkForce Analyst messaged me asking for a screenshot of my time in because he can't see me on his dashboard.
My internet speed is at 12mbps.

Yes, it is very low. I usually get 500mbps when I am using the client's server.

On my PC yes, I can use the browser. Now I can connect.

I consider that internet speed of 12mbps to be very very slow.

It is! I usually have 25-30 mbps outside the server. Using client serve I get 100-600

It was awesome at 26mbps when my team leader is doing the remote checking. The internet speed knows how to impress the lead.
