What maybe the reason

Since yesterday i felt something strange in my right hand but i ignored it.Today after cooking dinner i felt again terrible pain.I was thinking why,maybe due to cooking.Because old people used to say don't wash your hand after cooking.
I complained to my husband about the pain of my right hand and he said don't worry i will massage.
Sounds good anyhow.
Have you experience pain in your hand after cooking myLotters?

Might be a muscle cramp. Try pouring some very warm water over your hand starting right from your shoulder.

I hope it's not due to high uric acid and it's just a strained muscle or ligament.

I do not know. It can be cured by applying ice though.
