A brunch with cold roast beef.

The day is so cold again that I have both heaters on.
So I went to the kitchen but did not want to stay there for too long. I got the roast beef out an cut it very thin. Even cold it smelled delicious.
I decided that I would make a sandwich immediately and that was my brunch.
Later on I´ll make some coleslaw for dinner. A cold cut with coleslaw and maybe some arugula would be a good dinner. I will have to start with the coleslaw soon though. I like to marinate the cabbage for some time.

I love coleslaw. It is so hot here. It will be 95 degrees Fahrenheit on Sunday (35 degrees Celsius).
