It’s One of Those Days

For those of you suffering from high heat and humidity, this photo is for you! . I’m physically healthy, so the heat and cold have no effect on me.
It’s very hot and humid, but should get better later in the week. I’m thankful to have central air conditioning. I’m grateful we won’t be having a tornado warning today. A few friends mentioned that an area of Canada is due for them today. Tornadoes frighten me more than anything else.
The photo is mine taken from a part of our driveway 7 1/2 years ago during a blizzard that left 38 inches or 96.5 centimeters. The snow plows couldn’t make it to our street. It took hubs and I three days to knock down the walls of snow with a shovel, just so the snowblower could clear our driveway. Right there and then we decided to buy a winter home in Florida.
I still welcome the heat over that. You may feel differently.
Happy Happy Birthday @just4him!

I prefer the blizzard lol. It's about 96 or more out there..feels like an oven, but I will go swimming when it cools off close to sunset.

Due to my muscle condition extremes either way have a negative effect on me. The picture is awesome though..l

@DianneN It’s hereditary, a neuromuscular disorder that causes weakness especially in the lower extremities and in 2016 I was told by a specialist I had Myleopathy it effects my neck, and back, but I only take one prescription med not for pain though. I find that Faith and a positive outlook as well as Aleeve helps lol...

i remember that storm it hit was with 35 inches of snow. It took us two days to reach the street, the plow came and it took us a day to dig the end of our driveway out.
I bout a bigger snowblower!

I'm with you on the tornado warnings. I get so scared but surprisingly I can stay calm but afterward is a different story. I saw the after effects of what a tornado can do when I was a child. I don't remember it but my Mom said I have been afraid ever since.
