Consistency..

I woke up today and just felt like wanting to do something every morning and be consistent with it. Ever since we all started staying home, I did not push myself to waking up early to do my routine little chores since I didn’t need to finish them before heading out the door. I was so consistent that I was pleased with myself whenever I had extra time to do other things. I want to find a different set of morning ritual that I can be consistent with again. So I feel less stuck at home and I get more energized going about my day in this new norm we have.

I have the same problem. One thing I need to do is stretches to help my back, and so I did them for the first time this morning. Usually I do them at school with the students at the beginning of every class.

That’s a good change of routine. A Change of routine to better your health is very important. You should do it more often o it becomes a habit and you wouldn’t have a hard time doing it the next time.
