I have posted before about my first plan in making red velvet cake, and unfortunately failed.I said to myself it's okay, next time i am sure it will be good. But now i baked again, and i felt disappointed on myself. It is not good as i am expecting.Maybe because i used wheat rather than cake flour? Does second failure disappointed you? How do you feel if you failed of something?

yes. It is normal for us to fail several.times but everytime we fail, we learn. Right?

Yes it does makes me feel bad but it's OK life is a struggle and we need to keep trying.

We learn from failure. I only use what a recipe calls for, especially when baking. I take liberties when cooking.

I'm sorry I had no idea if it's due to the wheat but if you feel so, why not try with all purpose flour which is what we generally use to make cakes?
