Since the 1st day listening negative reviews about office and some positive too. In my last night discussion I've had mentioned that I've experienced such a terrific day at office. Employees who works last five months came to office for salary and they shout on office stuffs and owners. They was rude and company people bow down their head as guilty.
Those workers were both boys and girls, girls were shouting so loud that we got scared. They also tried to spoil the image of company and goes to Facebook live and told that our company is fraud and they abuse job holders.
When job holders offer 60% of salary they weren’t even satisfied with that as they all need 100% salary. In this corona everywhere people need money and company also hold salary. Whom we can blame, what should I do? I really don’t understand .
Guys please suggest me
Should I quit the job? Or I should wait with patience?
It was my 1st experience at the office and now I'm concern about my salary

But every one had receta pay cut in this pandemic. So 60% salary was not a bad deal. Were these people working from home during the pandemic?

If there is a salary cut that leaves the workers with only 60% then I guess that is a reason to be angry. That is not a good company.

Well, when were you supposed to be paid? I don't really understand the situation or what kind of a company it is. Would you have another job to go to if you did quit?

I would wait until your first salary is due and see if you get paid.

Talking out with the management is the right thing to do. Without business the management can't pay salary from their pockets. Employees and management must avoid confrontation and make situation worse. Collectively can come to a agreeable dicission.

Unless I know the situation I cannot really advise you too much. I would suggest you hold on and see if you get some salary paid and then make a decision seeing what other people are doing.
