That I share Rachel Platten’s Fight Song today, because I got to spend a couple of hours this morning with my cousin and her daughter. Her daughter is so much like our Grandmother but I’ll get into that at another time. My cousin dealt with a lot as a kid, and even into adulthood, and though I’m not going to get into that, we did talk a little about it today. She does remind me that neither of us had it easier, and there times that it seemed people were trying to pull us apart. But as we grew older we realized that our bond was stronger than that and we have only grown closer. Anyway she came today, driving nearly two hours to take my Mom to her appointment, so we talked, we walked down memory lane, and I was reminded what it meant to be strong, to be a fighter...
