When i still working, i don't feel any pains in my body,i mean i am energetic, not sensitive.
But since i got married and stop working, i feel pains like back pains, muscle pains and now cramps on my right leg is almost everyday now.
I am so sensitive in every move since then.
Is it the bad effect of not working?
Supposed to be the busy working person will have pains, isn't?

I think even if you are busy with work, you should take the time to exercise a bit so that your body isn’t stiff. Your body is telling you it needs movement in a good way even just basic stretching should be good for you. Try it out even for like 5 minutes a day. I’m pretty sure it will brighten up your mood as well.

I think it`s normal as we age. I used to be working and I also have back pains and muscle pains because I work in logistics and inventory

@rhuenz then you do have time to exercise, even simple stretches or zumba through youtube, or a walk around your neighborhood if you're allowed.
