Good Saturday morning from me to you all, I just begin my day and right now here to connecting with you. discussion topic is already in the title and its just came to my mind and I'm writing on it. I just move my right hand's wrist and it seems there is a pain and I suspect that would be because of the wrong pose of sleeping. I often suffer from neck pain, wrist pain, muscle pain and so on. Do you experience such things? How can I fix my pose of sleeping?

I have experienced it. my hands are numb. the reason is that when I sleep, I don't squeeze my hand. then for the neck usually because I wear a pillow that is quite high and hard. but now I don't experience it anymore

It is still Friday here. I usually sleep changing positions so I don't sleep too long in one place. I go to sleep on my left side with my feet curled up. When I come awake again I turn on my back and stretch out my legs so they won't feel cramped and sleep that way for a while. Then I wind up sleeping on my right side and by morning I am back to the left side and my body has not been in one position all night.

Sometimes my neck hurts or my arm or hand fall asleep. As long as it gets better, I don't worry about it.

I have arthritis and must be careful how I place my arms, etc. When you go to sleep, just remember to put your arms and hands at a comfortable position.
