...your health. This what I am reminding our little miss in the house. Since she is a witty girl, a statement struck me unexpectedly. She said, "Potatoes are like other vegetables and vegetables can make us healthy. Then, I can have some potato chips." What should I say? The best thing I can say is "You can have some, but you need to do some exercise after munching them." How can you explain this in a more convincing way?" Image Credit: i1.wp.com

Depending on her age you could tell her about the salt and oil that is used to cook them.

I also explain this to her. But I give in with her sweet plea. She got the message not to have it often.

My best advice is to do what my cardiologist tells me. "Eat in moderation."

I agree. For adults, we need to consider this, since our metabolism is not that fast.

Potato chips can be had once in a while not daily. It's bad for health. It's a fried food and causes weight increase.

I agree. I prefer homemade french fries. It can neutralize fats by frying them with garlic.

I like to eat potato chips ... The kids here love them very much and often become snacks during school breaks.

It cannot be denied that they do like them during recess time. I must admit that I like munching them when watching a movie.

This is a very good excuse Although many people think the potato chips are junk food, but I still like it. I think it is fine if we don't eat it too often. Sometimes we shall treat ourselves better, and eating the potato chips is one of them Frankly, I even make the potato chips by myself and I must say they taste better This is my recipe and I already shared it online

I eat potato chips only once in a while so I know if I have them I can enjoy them because then I won't have them for a long time again. I treat myself about twice a month.

I also wanted our little miss to limit herself from eating it. She is a bright child and knows how to answer back. I seldom eat it because I don't want to consume too much salt in my system.

when you prepare the chips, you know that salt should not be sprinkled in large quantities. potato chips have much of salt.

"No, that isn't the same as the vegetable anymore. Those potato chips you want to eat have already been processed and have artificial flavorings and other not so good ingredients. So it isn't as healthy anymore as the potato vegetable itself. You can have potato chips but not frequently and not too much."

I would say, you may eat it but enough. don't overdo it because excessive is not good.
