Headache and Sleep

The afternoon was filled with headache and sleep. I guess it might be difficult to sleep tonight again. About noon I started to get a headache so I laid downI just laid there till about 1 when I decided I actually should try to sleep and hope the headache would go away. I slept till about 2, when I tried the trick of taking a very hot shower which sometimes will relieve the migraine a bit,
Although this was not a migraine yet it felt like it could come to that so I tried the shower. I also took an Excedrin and laid back down and fell asleep for about another hour. The headache is much better now but not completely gone. I drank two bottles of water and I am going to eat a little something and hope that maybe that will help.

I woke with a sinus headache. Mine is gone now, I hope yours leaves too.

Aw man, sorry to hear about the pounding headache. I know how debilitating they can feel sometimes. It was good that you tried to be proactive about getting rid of it, so I hope it didn't ruin your entire day and night.

@Bensen32 Sorry your day was ruined, but at least you felt better the next morning. Look on the bright side, at least it didn't happen to you on the day you had your interview scheduled.

I had headache on Friday because of allergies and sinus pressure. I took some medicine and it finally went away later on in the night.
