Our County Has Had Its first Covid 19 Deaths

For a long time we were doing good, but when things started opening some I fear got careless, not just locally but with the tourists. There encouraged not to travel, but that’s exactly what they are doing. Two deaths may not sound a like lot, but when you live in a county with a small population it becomes a bigger deal, and the likelihood it is someone you know, becomes greater. I’m cautious and will continue to be, I have masks ready when I have to go out, I have Lysol in my bag, use Clorox wipes, but we had 150 cars at a local place up here, called Natural Bridges, it’s not far from here, literally only a short drive. I have things I have to do, Groceries I have to get and a phone I need to pick up, it should have been here the other day, but shipments are delayed. I’m not going to worry myself into a state of panic, but I’m going to be cautious!

Mask were made mandatory here a couple weeks ago, I do not wear one unless asked, I have asthma and I cannot breathe in one, I have to say I have a strong faith in God and that I have not been sick at all in several years.

I’m not talking about masks though, I didn’t mean for it to sound that way. There were people who were symptomatic coming up here. If it’s not required I don’t wear the mask.

This is true. In fact, when you hear it from the news, it does not affect you at all, but when it is drawing close to you, you will get terrified.

It is the complacency that is the root problem of escalation of cases in the areas which were doing very well with pandemic cases. Our state in India is one such example.

We can't live in a panic, but neither can we be careless!

There's nothing to get if you panic but if you have the presence of mind and follow the health protocol, you may not have a problem.

We always wear our masks. We have cases in all 88 counties of Ohio. Sorry to hear about the deaths in your area.
