Running Scared

For a musical post, I thought I would write about one of my favorite singers Roy Orbison. His first hit was “Running Scared” which he had written along with Joe Melson. It was an operatic rock ballad and released in 1961. The song sold more than a million copies in the U.S. The song has had many cover versions but none as powerful as the one by Orbison.
