A small success story to share

Recently some few days ago I thought of making bread so that my family wont have to, purchase bread again. Guess what, the bread that I make is a plant based bread as it is made using plant based flour like almond flour, coconut flour, etc.
I took up the recipe of making plant based bread after doing a thorough search on YouTube regarding how to make. Thank god, it was a success, and my family since that time has switched over to my plant based bread after having an opportunity to taste my bread.
So far this is what I have been doing till now, how about you guys? Have you ever made any bread by yourself at home?

I am glad it was a success. Does that mean you will be making the bread from now on? I have never made bread.

All bread is 'plant based' (unless you use cement dust or bone meal to make it). I suppose that you mean 'gluten free'.
The problem with flours other than grain flours is that they usually need an excessive amount of processing and, because they don't contain gluten, either don't give the proper texture or need some kind of additive like xanthan gum (a bacterial product) to hold the gas bubbles which give it lightness.

To make bread you require some grain flour like wheat flour or rice flour. You can mix almond or coconut in that to make it tastier. I don't involve myself much in the kitchen as my wife takes care of it but I can make bread or chapatis if need arises and I have done that in past.

no, I have never made my own bread. for breakfast or snack I usually buy it to the bakery near my house
