At present, the riders need to comply with the approved 'motorcycle safety barrier here in the Philippines. It is also called 'motorcycle divider safety.' The main goal is to protect the rider and his passenger with COVID-19. I am in doubt about the success of this idea.
Do you have this kind of protective gear for the rider?
What do you think, myLotters?

Not sure how much will it protect from the virus but definitely can cause a discomfort and even accidents.

It is still debatable how this thing can protect the rider from getting infected since they are still open on the sides of the rider. There are also issues about the safety of using one since it may affect the aerodynamic of the motorcycle which can add to the smooth flow of air.

I think it's a good idea, anything is better than nothing. Some people here are don't want to wear a mask. Doubt they would use it.

I have no idea if they do something like that here. I think it is one way to separate the passenger from the rider and think it is a good idea or if this does not work then something else has to be found so they can stay separate unless they are family or are together.

Pillion riding is not permitted in my country even with facemask during this Corona pandemic. This cardboard barrier is not affective and can also prove dangerous.
