Well ... I was up most of the night after working outside in the heat on my project. I couldn't sleep, my body hurt a lot. So what did I do during that time?
I rearranged the living room! When I went to sleep at daylight this morning I kept on sleeping. I'd wake up, go back to sleep. I am still so tired.
I made Skip and our Pups2 supper. I am trying to stay up now but, my body wants to lay back down. I think I'm going to lay back down. Believe it or not ... I just fell asleep this very moment.

Take a pill and then try to sleep. This will help you to feel better

Set your thermostat to bit lower,
Have proper healthy food,
And drink lot of water.
It's not good to skip food.
