What's for lunch?

What's everyone having for lunch? I normally don't ask this.
I had caprese salad which I wrote about the other day. It is an Italian combination of slices of fresh tomato, fresh mozzarella, and basil topped with extra virgin olive oil. I add some salt and pepper too. They are stacked on top of one another.
It was delicious! I almost want to make another one. I made 2 stacks but I could definitely go for a third. I won't though. That way I'll be hungry for my dinner.

I had a banana and a chocolate donut for breakfast, at around 11:00am. I slept in much later than I had planned, but that's because the kids and I were up all night playing board games. My daughter crushed us in Monopoly! Anyway, it's almost 2:30pm, and reading your discussion made me realize I am a little hungry. Not sure what I'll make for lunch. I might try to dig around in the fridge and knock out some leftovers that are still in there.

I haven't had lunch yet! I have to say that your lunch sounds delicious to me, I haven't had the opportunity to taste a caprese salad before but I am aware how it is made. My favourite salad is Caesar salad!

Today is a wonder day,my dad picked some of watermelons,and i can eat the juicy and cold watermelon in the hot summer.I'm so lucky.and i will eat the watermelon as my lunch.if i could eat the bananas meantime,that would be better.
