It's pasta time

Yes you heard me right. My mom today surprised us with the idea of making pasta at home. That was a wonderful plan. There are different flavours or let's say different types of pasta treats . The one that we had at home today was white sauce paste. From the paste to oregano to the chilli flakes to the white sauce, everything was made at home. This gave us a wonderful experience altogether because, we not only made the pasta at home but also got some time to spend with each other. So here is my question for you all today, do you like to eat and make pasta at home? If yes, then what is your favourite flavour or type of pasta that you like to have?

@Swayamsiddha Do you mean the sauce for the pasta? I like the Italian "Carbonara", the Amatriciana, but also a simple pasta with shrimps asparagus and white sauce. The shape of pasta depends on the sauce, this is how we Italians do.
