Protocol: A Friend Needs to do Home Quarantine for 14 Days / myLot

Since most of the posted discussions are all about the got infected with COVID-19, let me share a protocol if someone got infected in a particular place in my city. A family friend who is a barangay secretary and his other barangay officials attended an assembly in the city hall. The bad luck is that one of the attendees was confirmed to be infected with this virus. The protocol is all of them were advised to do home quarantine for 14 days. That's the use of writing the names when entering a certain place. It is easy to trace and contact the people who went there. I am not sure if the infected person is working in the city hall.
