Face masks bits in restaurant food!

This incident happened in the UK. But it might happen anywhere else as face mask wearing is the norm now. A girl of 6,choked on a face mask that was found inside chicken nuggets bought by her mother from a restaurant(probably Mc D) . By God's grace, the mother was present their when the girl choked and she managed to take that out from her throat. Rest of the news is in the link below.
We all need to be a bit more careful now while eating foods from outside.
Laura Arber said she made the discovery in at least two of the 20 nuggets she had bought for daughter Maddie and her children from the fast food branch in Aldershot, Hampshire, yesterday.

That will be crazy and this McDonald store will be not making money for somedays as people do not visit them.
