Do You Sometimes Feel Lost In Social Networking Memes?

Memes are one of the most popular things on social networking websites and apps and these are one of the things why I like Facebook etc and check many times in a day but sometimes I feel like lost on social networking Memes and don't understand what the meaning of the Meme is like these days it's trending on Facebook and it's about 'Vinod' Earlier it was ' Sab Nepal main hai', and before it it was about JCB something which I don't understand.
Do you sometimes feel missing on these Memes and feel like you have missed something big on which everyone on social networking is laughing?

Yes memes play a big role in social media sites but I don't follow any thing. So bother about it.

Yes, there are many memes I also do not follow.. because some it carry many story
It is actually Binod, One youtube channel name Slaypoint discussed about How Indian viewer comments in youtube and one person name Binod, commented only Binod and 7 people like it.. but it seems it ends up people commenting everywhere.. I think, the channel was expecting meaningful comments for their contents but this is what they received.
