GOD’S PROMISES YEAR 2 Day 1 Promise 446 Matthew 10:21 And the brother shall deliver up the brother to death, and the father the child: and the children shall rise up against their parents, and cause them to be put to death. 22 And ye shall be hated of all men for my name’s sake: but he who endures to the end shall be saved. Most people wouldn’t bring charges against their family members but would do everything they could to protect them. Yet, Jesus told His disciples a time would come when families would turn their parents and children over to the authorities for knowing and professing Jesus as their Messiah. As Christians, you see this happening now throughout the world. Yet, the time is coming when it will become prevalent after the rapture when the antichrist comes against everyone who accepts Jesus as Savior and Lord. He will cause everyone to take his mark and kill those who don’t take the mark and worship him. God will deal with them. Revelation 14:9 And the third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, If any man worship the beast and his image, and receive his mark in his forehead, or in his hand, 10 The same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation; and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb: 11 And the smoke of their torment ascends up forever and ever: and they have no rest day nor night, who worship the beast and his image, and whosoever receives the mark of his name. 12 Here is the patience of the saints: here are they who keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus. 15:1 And I saw another sign in heaven, great and marvelous, seven angels having the seven last plagues; for in them is filled up the wrath of God. 2 And I saw as it were a sea of glass mingled with fire: and them who had gotten the victory over the beast, and over his image, and over his mark, and over the number of his name, stand on the sea of glass, having the harps of God. 3 And they sing the song of Moses the servant of God, and the song of the Lamb, saying, Great and marvelous are thy works, Lord God Almighty; just and true are thy ways, thou King of saints. 4 Who shall not fear thee, O Lord, and glorify thy name? For thou only art holy: for all nations shall come and worship before thee; for thy judgments are made manifest. Jesus said salvation belongs to all those who endure to the end. Life isn’t easy. Trials and tribulations happen when you least expect. However, when you stand firm in your faith nothing Satan does will cause you to waver. How is your faith? Let’s pray: Father, Satan wants my soul. Help me stand firm in my faith knowing salvation is mine when I stand on Your promises. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.
