Sharing Words From the Garden

A few days ago a sweet friend, Linda Ohio @LindaOHio, was talking about the memorial stone I have in Dustin's garden. She asked what words were inscribed on the stone. I told her I would share a photo soon.
The stone was a gift a few years ago. I have it placed in the garden a few steps from the deck. It sits underneath the rose bush now.
Yes, the words may be sad to many of you, and they are to me as well. I am sad that he is gone, but happy to enjoy many memories he left behind. I always want to remember Dustin with a smile.
Enjoy the moments everyone. Always hoping for a better day soon.

Thank you for sharing. I, too, was curious about what was written on the stone, but I didn't want to be intrusive in your personal life if it was something you didn't want to share.
The words inscribed on the stone are beautiful, and I don't think they are sad at all. I think it sincerely and accurately describes our thoughts and feelings in our heart when we lose a cherished loved on. I am sure those words bring you comfort and peace each and every time you read them.
