I am sorry that I do not proofread my posts at times especially when I am in the middle of something. And I just post whatever comes to my mind. Sometimes, I'd just find the errors after reading my discussion I have just posted after a day or two. Do you proofread your post?

I think we are all guilty of that habit. I usually do not have time to proofread before submitting. I can only correct some spelling but the grammar and spelling can still slipped through incorrectly.
