I love August!

I think this is one of the best months, therefore one of my favorites. Everyday it rains here. Rains means cooler temperature. Living in a tropical country means we only have two seasons: dry and wet. Sometimes, because of global warming, there are years dominated by dry season that it seldom rains literally. What are rainy months in your country?

We never know when it will rain here. But August is a least favorite due to the heat for me.

I cannot say that we have "rainy months" here, some months we get more rain than others, usually April and November. During summer we do not get a lot of rain.

@Janet357 July and August are hot months, not as much as your country, but 30º C we consider a hot temperature.

@Janet357 You are a lot closer to the equator which makes a huge difference, I think.

sometimes it makes me wonder. Australia is a bit closer to the Philipinnes if you look at the map but then you have 4 seasons and we have 2 only. But I thank God I don't have to have different clothes for these seasons.

@Janet357 The problem sometimes when we've got rain it is too much or kinda a rain and wind because it is a strong storm.

@Janet357 Yes! I came here cause my country is under a dictatorship and it is not a good time to live there! I am planning to get back go work when the pandemic is over! I dream of saving up money here, sending money back to my family and pursuing new dreams here!

It's hard to know when it will rain. It could be any day between spring and early fall.
