for peace of mind we must do Meditation. we can recharge our mind by Meditation. but we have to concentrate our thoughts properly . thousands of thoughts will come in our mind when we start meditation. but slowly slowly we can control on that. one day will come when we become master in meditation. that day we can understand the real meaning of life.

okey . we have the whole day for work . but for ourself we never take some time .
