Uneasy To Wake Up on My Usual Time

Earlier on I never faced problems related to waking up on my usual time even if it's 5.30 am or 6 am but these days I feel little uneasy to wake up and try to sleep for little more even if it's 5 mins or so but I don't know what effected this. This could be due to little changes in weather or could be due to lot of work at office plus my daily exercise that could make me feel tired. Do you sometimes like to sleep for long even on weekdays for any reason?

It happens that some mornings I need to sleep 15 minutes more, not a big deal.

@Butterfingers I can stay in bed 15 minutes more if I am tired, I do not have to go to work.

Yes sometimes it's OK and actually I can afford that but still I try to awake at usual time

it is now automatic for me to sleep at 2AM and open my eyes at 6AM, then browse through my phone.
