The various health benefits of chili sauce are: 1. Rich in vitamin A and vitamin C There are thousands of types of chili in the world. Even though they have different types, in general, chilies have similar nutritional content, for example, green chilies. About 115 grams of green chilies contain a small amount of calories, sugar, carbohydrates and fat. Interestingly, green chilies do not contain cholesterol so it is safe for our blood fat levels. In addition, the combination of chilies and tomatoes in chili sauce contains high levels of vitamin C and vitamin A. Both types of vitamins cannot be produced by the body alone, so we need both intake from food. One of them is chili sauce. There are many benefits of chili sauce that we get in terms of the vitamin C content in it. Vitamin C in chili sauce can increase metabolic processes in the body, accelerate wound healing, and maximize iron absorption. It doesn't stop there, vitamin C is an antioxidant that can ward off free radicals that enter the body. Vitamin C from food is also necessary for maintaining healthy skin, teeth and bones. Red fruits such as tomatoes and red chilies also contain carotenoids or vitamin A which are good for the body. Vitamin A has anti-inflammatory and anti-aging properties that can keep DNA healthy. In fact, for those who have low blood pressure, aka hypotension, eating chili sauce can help increase blood pressure, you know!   2. Relieve pain You may not think that one of the benefits of chili sauce can help relieve pain in the body. The benefits of this chili sauce actually comes from the capsaicin content in chilies. Capsaicin is the active chemical compound in chilies that gives a hot and spicy sensation. But make no mistake, the capsaicin in chilies also has analgesic properties that can help relieve pain in the body. 3. Lose weight The benefit of chili sauce that is no less amazing is that it can help you lose weight. This is evidenced by a study conducted by researchers from the UCLA Center for Human Nutrition, Los Angeles in 2010. Experts involve about 34 people to consume low-calorie liquid food for 28 days. After that, some of the participants were randomly assigned a supplement containing a capsaicin compound called dihydrocapsiate (DCT), while others were given only placebo pills. Experts found that the DCT content in supplements can increase the fat oxidation process in the body, even up to two times. The faster the fat oxidation process, the body will burn more fat. So do not be surprised if the participants' body weight decreases faster because of it. In addition, spicy foods can also restrain your appetite from overeating. You will find it easier to refrain from eating fatty, salty, or sweet foods so that your weight is easier to control.  4. Prevent cancer The capsaicin content in chili sauce has a positive impact in warding off cancer cells. Although the process is not clear, experts believe that capsaicin can increase apoptosis, which is the process of killing cells that are not needed by the body, including cancer cells. In addition, the antioxidant content in chilies not only counteracts free radicals, but also prevents the growth of cancer cells in the body. However, experts still need further research and analysis to prove it.

The level of spiciness can be adjusted. It's a bit spicy, spicy and very spicy. Usually in restaurants it has a level between 1 and 10.

I dont know the benefits but I like chilis. When I saw that I thought you were referring to chili oil, not chili sauce. and I like chili oil. Here people cook chili oil with chilis, oil, onion and garlic. Chili sauce is a little different here, and not many people make them by themselves we buy them in the supermarket already bottled.

Your guess about the composition of this chili sauce is very precise, made from a mixture of chilies, garlic, onion and a little salt. And also mixed with tomatoes.
