Good morning.Hot and steamy is the forecast.
Will get a break later part of the week.
Breakfast:Had a bagel and dish of cut up fruit.
Not venturing out door this morning.
My breathing is not up to par in weather like this
Should cool off for the weekend.

I made bagels when i was i working on a restaurant before and the first time i know this bread,its really nice with cream cheese and smoke salmon..and its heavy in the stomach already

@amadeo I have it a few days a week as well, I loved the real New York style from Stew Leonards but Paner sells a decent one as well.

I love bagels but haven't had one in awhile. I had a cinnamon raisin English Muffin with cream cheese this morning with some juicy watermelon.
