Trivia tonight / myLot

It is my favorite day of the week these days: Wednesday! Why? Because we have trivia at 8 pm. It is one of the few fun things that I get to do during this lockdown situation. My aunts, uncles, and some coworkers and friends all work together as a team called the Branch Covidians. (a play on the cult name Branch Davidians) The game is on Zoom and we all text each other the answers. Then the team captain (usually me) FB messages them to the host for him to score us. There is no prize for winning except bragging rights. Still it is something fun for us to do while we are all stuck at home. I wrote yesterday about someone making a thank you video for the DJ host. He does it for free but accepts "tips" via Venmo and Paypal. Anyway I'm looking forward to it tonight as always. Have you ever played bar trivia?

I was intimidated by it being "live" and online at first but I was fine with it after the first few minutes.

I love trivia, but have never played bar trivia before. I love this kind of challenge and it would be fun taking part in it! I know you will enjoy this and bragging rights are definitely an honor that's well deserved

It is 7 rounds and you never know what the categories are going to be so it is a challenge

I have, and it is fun. There is a restaurant here that has an outdoor deck and they have trivia on Tuesday, but not sure it is going on now during Covid times.

yeah usually we play it at the usual hangout but you still can't dine/drink inside in NJ yet
