The aftermath of my fall. I´m trying to change my lifestyle.

My fall yesterday made me do some thinking. While I was lying on the concrete stairs at the garage, I was thinking how would I get up, how lucky was I for not having hit my head, and last but not least, what would I do in the future. I am not getting any younger. I talked first to a man who takes up the garbage here. He was willing to work outside his work hours for me. I imagine that this is a by product of the pandemia. All the people who can work do so. I´ll ask him to clean up the garden for me although he is not a gardener. I also talked to a maid that is currently in absolute lockdown. I liked her as far as I could listen by the phone. I want her to come later on, when she can. But meanwhile I will look for someone else who can work now. Leticia is out of question. Not only her neihborhood is under complete lockdown but she is still with doctors appointments. Little by little, I say to myself.

Everything and almost everywhere things are out of sorts. Though I am not under any lockdown , the spread in our area would not let me dare to step outside. Do you have any family members or friends who could help you in emergency or maybe try to keep all the neighbour`s phone numbers handy if they could help you in case of emergency,
